Profound aproach
In all of my programs I use the three step approach: Insights, Translation, Action. It all starts with creating awareness, gaining insights in what you do and why you do it.
Next, is converting these insights to the context of your workplace and make a proper action plan. After all, we would like the insights to be translated into a sustainable new approach. Futureproof.
